Apple is reportedly designing a multi-layer display that allows users to view 3D images without 3D sunglasses.
This rumor comes from AppleInsider that get informed about Apple's latest patent application. The patent mentioned that Apple is developing the latest display technology.
3D devices often create depth perception of computer graphics are used to increase the angle of view two-dimensional image.
But Apple believes such techniques are not perfect, because it only sends a limited number of image depth and requires the user to use glasses that are less convenient in order to see 3D image.
Well, multi-layer display system developed by Apple, as reported by TG Daily, Friday (7/22/2011), displayed by a number of transparent organic light-emitting diode (OLED). With this technology each screen can be powered by its own graphics processing unit.
In addition to this information, AppleInsider also found another patent application that indicates Apple is interested in designing a portable tablet that controlled by movement with e-ink display. This device will be used specifically to read and interact with digital content.
